On-Campus Interviews

Loyola provides the most cost-effective program of any major California law school because you may prescreen 100% of your schedule. Recruiting at Loyola also affords ample opportunity to advance diversity goals because almost 40% of our students reflect ethnic and racial diversity. Many of our students, particularly those in our Evening Division, also have impressive professional experience and/or advanced degrees, including various technical and science degrees. We also have a Tax LLM program from which you may recruit.

We strongly encourage you to schedule two days or two rooms, to maximize the benefits of prescreening because one schedule does not allow you to consider more than 5% of the class.

Employers are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. You may register online at our Loyola Law School Symplicity website: https://law-lls-csm.symplicity.com/employers/. You may also complete a hard copy of the Interview Reservation Request Form. However, we encourage employers to take advantage of Symplicity as it offers users a streamlined approach to OCI registration and job postings.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns or special needs. We look forward to working with you!
