Emplawyernet Instructions

There are many ways to look for employment, such as networking or sending a targeted mailing. Please speak with a counselor to learn more about these job search techniques. The Office of Career Services receives job listings from legal employers daily.  The instructions for accessing Loyola's FREE job listings on Emplawyernet are set forth below.  These listings can be accessed by clicking here.

Instructions for Emplawyernet

You have two options:

  • If you are only interested in the FREE Loyola listings (“Basic Membership”), you need to contact Emplawyernet and ask for a “Loyola Student ID”. You may obtain this ID by calling 800-270-2688* or by sending an email to membership@emplawyernet.com. This ID will give you access to all of the jobs that have been listed through the Loyola Office of Career Services.

OR:

  • If you are interested in access to the Loyola listings plus access to Emplawyernet’s database (“Premiere Membership”), then you may call Emplawyernet* and let them know that you are a Loyola Law School Student and would like access to the “Complete Database” at the discounted rate of $5.95 per month. You may also register for this online by doing the following:
    1. Go to www.Emplawyernet.com;
    2. Click on “Become a Member” on the left side of the screen;
    3. Scroll down and click on “Premiere Membership” which is highlighted in red;
    4. Fill out the form completely and be sure to select “Loyola” in the discounted school section;
    5. Click on “Join Now”.

No matter what option you choose, be sure you get access to the Loyola listings! If you are unsure about whether or not you obtained access to the Loyola listings, check the first screen you see after you log in. The graphic should have a red Loyola icon in the top left corner of the screen.

*If a recording comes on when you call, please be sure to leave a message - a customer service representative will call you back.
