The Information/Mail Center is located on the 2nd Floor of the Burns Building. We offer the following services:

Event Scheduling and Room Reservations

To request a campus event or request a meeting room all LLS Students, Faculty and Departments should use the Event/Meeting Room request form.

Mail and Package Services

• Outgoing mail may be dropped off at the Information/Mail Center by 4 p.m.
• Mail may be left for delivery to faculty and departments.
• Mail may be dropped off in the mail drop box at the Information Center.  If postage is need, you may bring you mail to be metered and sent out by our department.  Postage may be purchased with exact cash or check at the time of the transaction.
• Federal Express packages may be sent by using a credit card.
• Prepaid and prelabeled UPS packages may be dropped off for UPS to pick up.

Notary services

• Free to faculty, staff, and students. Please call for an appointment.
• Service Hours:
  Monday through Friday
  7:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
