Entertainment Law

This track exposes student to subjects in which attorneys representing clients in the entertainment, media, publishing and arts industries require expertise. These subjects include certain personal rights, intellectual property and related rights, and contract transactions. Entertainment attorneys work either in-house or in law firms, often specialize in either transactional work or litigation, and sometimes focus on a particular industry, such as music or motion pictures.
