Public International Law & International Business Law

INTERNATIONAL LAW consists of two distinct parts: (1) Public International Law, which governs primarily relations between nation-states but also basic human rights of individuals, and (2) International Business Law, which concerns the rights and obligations of private businesses, among themselves and vis-a-vis governments, in connection with international exchange of goods, services, technology, and capital.
