Taxation

The track in Taxation is designed to prepare students for specialization in tax law.  The core courses and key electives include basic and advanced courses in individual, corporate, and partnership tax, as well as international taxation.

Note: The following is intended for use by JD students only. LLM students should consult directly with full-time faculty in planning their course of study. A guide to the LLM curriculum is located in section 9.0 of the LLM Handbook.
